Our Story
Youreka (est. 1996) and Inme (est. 2008) came together in 2019 to form the combined Inme-Youreka entity which is now India’s oldest and largest outdoor adventure-based organization that has worked with over 1,00,000 children across more than 400 schools.
Inme-Youreka is promoted by alumnus of XLRI & INSEAD who are seasoned entrepreneurs, educationists, authors, behavioral science professionals, and pioneers of organized outdoor education in India.
In addition to building a highly skilled pool of facilitators who work with the CXO-levels of corporate organisations, school leaders and teachers, Inme-Youreka has trained and developed perhaps the largest group of highly skilled and experienced outdoor instructors in the country and also partners with NOLS and IAYP
Inme-Youreka is the only organisation that works with the whole school from school leaders to students to bring about a culture of happiness that guides every individual in their teaching-learning journey. It also has by far the widest offering in adventure-based learning programs in the country.
