The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 has created a framework for a new learning environment for children which necessitates a change in approach in the classroom. While teachers will learn new skills to deliver curriculum based on NEP, the first step has to be a mindset change that will open them to new ways of teaching that may be out of their comfort zone.

Teachers build skills to work more effectively across departments, to embolden a collaborative mindset. We help build norms among teachers beyond the written word. They learn to focus on empowering their students to take on challenges.

Viewing their role as leaders and educators, the program enhances trust and team spirit among teachers and helps break cross-department silos.

We use a powerful method that touches participants deeply and helps them derive concrete learning. This method has been used for over 23 years and has touched over 100,000 participants – for many of whom it was a “life defining experience”.

The programs aim to help teachers enhance their understanding about how they work and how that may impact others, build an understanding of empowerment, provide experiences that highlight what it takes to work in high performing teams, and build a higher level of trust.

The underlying foundation for the workshop is built on the idea that often teachers tend to get so focused on the academic curriculum and IQ related areas that they lose sight of the fact that the “learner” requires a holistic support that must cater to their Emotional Intelligence (EI).
